He says that every such Revolution has been linked to a power source &#8211; steam, electrical, computer &#8211; and so the Revolution would be driven by access to almost free, renewable energy. It is an exciting Friday read, <a href=\"http:\/\/dynasty.co.za\/2018\/06\/01\/4th-industrial-rev-renewable-energy\/\">here is the link.<\/a><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Global news <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/europe\/italian-parties-reach-deal-on-a-new-government-ending-a-political-crisis-that-had-rattled-global-markets\/2018\/05\/31\/b03c38de-64fd-11e8-81ca-bb14593acaa6_story.html?utm_term=.8776de30856c\">Italian politics has been tumultuous this week <\/a>causing a multitude of knock-on effects.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/business\/2018\/05\/30\/credit-ratings-agency-moodys-puts-italian-banks-review-amid\/\">Moody\u2019s has put Italy\u2019s credit rating under review<\/a> amidst the political turmoil.<\/li>\n<li>George Soros has said that <a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/2018\/05\/29\/investing\/george-soros-financial-crisis\/index.html\">&#8220;We may be heading for another major financial crisis,\u201d<\/a> citing the increase of anti-European Union Sentiment, the disruption of the Iran deal, the soaring dollar, and investors taking money from emerging markets as bad for the global economy.<\/li>\n<li>Donald Trump has extended his steel and aluminium tariffs to those allies who were given an initial reprieve, namely the EU, Canada, and Mexico.<\/li>\n<li>Canada has already hit back at the US with tariffs of their own equating to approximately $16.6 billion. Mexico has also vowed to retaliate, and we are sure the EU will too.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Local News <\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>In a meeting with Desmond Tutu, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.news24.com\/SouthAfrica\/News\/watch-i-am-sorry-ramaphosa-apologises-to-tutu-20180531\">President Ramaphosa apologised<\/a> to him for the leadership under Zuma.<\/li>\n<li>Last week Friday Standard and Poor\u2019s released their review of South Africa\u2019s credit rating which they left unchanged. <a href=\"https:\/\/m.fin24.com\/Economy\/5-reasons-why-sa-is-still-junk-status-according-to-sp-20180526\">Here is a link<\/a> to analysis on why South Africa\u2019s rating is still on junk status.<\/li>\n<li>Standard and Poor\u2019s did recognise that that South Africa\u2019s economic outlook is improving but noted that government\u2019s debt is still on an upward trajectory.
