However, the woes continue in that Eskom\u2019s ongoing maintenance issues, incorrectly specified and faulty engineering, and a lack of spare capacity, mean\u00a0that it is probably not the last we will see of load-shedding. This is a major hurdle to South Africa\u2019s rising levels of sovereign debt and our economic growth prospects.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/amp\/news\/articles\/2019-10-22\/goldman-sees-upside-for-south-african-economy-at-rock-bottom\">Goldman Sachs<\/a>\u00a0said that there is nowhere to go in South Africa but up, saying that, \u201cthe good news is our (South Africa\u2019s) growth outlook has risk to the upside, there is no risk to the downside, because we are at the bottom\u201d.
